Motorization is available for compatible shade systems. Whether motorization is suitable for your specific project depends on the shade type, window configuration, and other project details. Contact us to discuss your project.

Question 3

What Screen Shade openness options are available?

Accepted Answer

We offer Screen Shades in 1%, 3%, and 5% openness levels. A lower percentage means less light transmission and more privacy during the day; a higher percentage allows more light and a clearer outward view.

Question 4

Do Screen Shades provide complete privacy at night?

Accepted Answer

Screen Shades are designed to manage glare and daytime visibility, but they do not guarantee complete nighttime privacy. When interior lights are on at night, visibility from outside may increase depending on the openness level and lighting conditions. If nighttime privacy is a priority, Blackout or Zebra Shades may be more appropriate.

Do Blackout Shades make a room completely dark?

Blackout Shades significantly reduce light transmission through the fabric itself. However, some light may enter around the edges of the shade depending on installation conditions, window configuration, and mounting type. Complete darkness is not guaranteed in all installations.

Do you provide free estimates?

Free estimates are available for customers in Miami-Dade County. For projects in other counties or outside our local service area, contact us to discuss your project and we will let you know what applies.

What areas do you serve locally?

We serve residential and commercial customers in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe counties. For local projects, our team handles professional measurement, manufacturing, and installation.

Do you offer professional installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For applicable local projects in our service area, our team handles installation after manufacturing is complete. Proper installation is important to ensure the finished product looks and functions as intended.

Question 9

Can I provide my own measurements?

Accepted Answer

Yes, particularly for shipped orders outside our local service area. When you provide your own measurements and specifications, you are responsible for their accuracy. We manufacture to the specifications provided — we cannot be responsible for errors in customer-supplied measurements.

Do you ship outside South Florida?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can manufacture your custom window treatments and ship them to you ready for installation anywhere in the country. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price. We do not provide on-site measurement or installation for out-of-area orders.

Question 11

Can you repair my existing shades?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer maintenance and repair services for existing shades, depending on the condition of the system and the availability of compatible parts. A $100 service visit fee is required and must be prepaid before the visit. If the maintenance or repair service is performed, the $100 service visit fee will be credited toward the final cost of the service.

Can fabric be replaced on an existing shade?

Fabric replacement may be possible depending on the shade system, the condition of the existing hardware, and the availability of compatible replacement materials. Send us photos and details and we will evaluate whether fabric replacement is feasible for your specific product.

Question 13

What warranty is included with my order?

Accepted Answer

Our products include the following coverage: Fabric — 6 months from the date of installation. Installation — 3 months from the date of installation. Motors — 3 months for verified factory defects or installation-related issues. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper handling, or conditions outside normal use.

How do I request a quote?
