Repairs & Fabric Replacement

Existing Shade Not Working the Way It Should?

We evaluate existing window treatments for possible repairs and fabric replacement. Whether it's a shade that won't roll properly, a broken component, or a fabric you'd like to replace — send us the details and we'll let you know if we can help.

We Evaluate Before We Commit

Not every window treatment can be repaired. Whether a repair is possible depends on the type of shade or system, the condition of the existing components, and the availability of compatible replacement parts or materials. We don't make promises before we've seen the product.

The best way to start is to send us photos and a brief description of the issue. From there, we'll review the request and let you know whether a repair or replacement is feasible, and what the next steps would be.

Evaluation required before service is confirmed

We do not confirm repairs, quote prices, or guarantee outcomes before evaluating the product. Sending photos and information is the first step — not a commitment from either side.

What We Can Evaluate

Shade Mechanism Repair

Issues with rolling, tensioning, stopping, or the cord and chain mechanism. Repairability depends on the shade type and the condition of the existing hardware.

Fabric Replacement

Replacing worn, damaged, or discolored fabric on an existing shade system. Compatibility with the existing hardware depends on the product and what replacement materials are available.

Motorized Shade Evaluation

Motor or control issues on an existing motorized shade. We evaluate the system to determine whether the issue can be addressed. We do not guarantee parts availability or compatibility with specific motor brands.

Component Assessment

Brackets, fascias, end caps, and other hardware components. We assess whether replacement parts are available and compatible with the existing installation.

How the Evaluation Process Works

Send Photos & Details

Share photos of the shade and a description of the issue via WhatsApp or our contact form. The more detail you provide, the better we can assess the situation.

We Review Your Request

We review the photos and information you've provided and determine whether a repair or fabric replacement is likely feasible.

We Get Back to You

We'll contact you to let you know whether we can help, what the next steps would be, and whether an in-person evaluation is needed.

In-Person Evaluation (If Needed)

For some repairs, an in-person visit is necessary to fully assess the product before confirming service. This will be discussed after the initial photo review.

What to Send Us

The more information you provide upfront, the faster we can evaluate your request.

Overall photo of the shade

A clear photo of the full shade as installed — both raised and lowered if possible.

Close-up of the problem area

A close-up photo of the damaged, broken, or worn component or area.

Shade type and brand (if known)

The type of shade (zebra, blackout, screen, etc.) and any brand or model information visible on the product.

Description of the issue

A brief description of what's happening — when it started, what the shade does or doesn't do, and any relevant history.
