Infinity Blinds Corp manufactures custom window treatments to the specifications of each approved project. The following terms apply to our products and services.

Introduction
Infinity Blinds Corp manufactures custom window treatments including Zebra Shades, Blackout Shades, Screen Shades, Translucent Shades, Drapes, and Motorized Shades. Every product is custom-manufactured to the specifications of each approved project. Because product specifications, measurements, installation conditions, and customer-provided information may affect each project, we ask that customers review these terms carefully before placing an order.
Warranty Coverage
Infinity Blinds Corp provides the following limited warranties on its products and services:
Fabric Warranty — 6 Months
The fabric warranty covers verified manufacturing defects under normal use during the 6-month warranty period from the date of delivery or installation. This warranty applies to defects in the fabric itself as manufactured by Infinity Blinds Corp. Coverage does not extend beyond 6 months from the applicable start date.
Installation Warranty — 3 Months
The installation warranty covers verified issues directly related to installation performed by Infinity Blinds Corp during the 3-month warranty period from the date of installation. This warranty applies only to installations carried out by Infinity Blinds Corp. It does not apply to installations performed by the customer or any third-party installer.
Motor Warranty — 3 Months
The motor warranty covers verified factory defects or verified issues directly related to installation performed by Infinity Blinds Corp during the 3-month warranty period from the date of delivery or installation. No additional motor manufacturer warranties are implied or guaranteed beyond what is stated here.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or issues resulting from any of the following:
- Intentional damage
- Misuse or improper handling
- Customer modifications to the product
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Improper installation performed by the customer or a third party
- Damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete measurements or specifications supplied by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
Infinity Blinds Corp reserves the right to evaluate each warranty claim individually to determine whether it qualifies for coverage under these terms.
Customer-Supplied Measurements
When Infinity Blinds Corp manufactures products based on measurements, dimensions, quantities, product selections, or specifications supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of all such information before manufacturing begins.
When products are manufactured according to customer-supplied measurements or specifications, Infinity Blinds Corp is not responsible for fit issues, remakes, modifications, additional materials, additional labor, shipping charges, or other expenses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
This provision does not apply when the relevant measurements were taken by Infinity Blinds Corp as part of the project.
Custom-Made Products
All window treatments manufactured by Infinity Blinds Corp are custom-made to the specifications of each approved project. Because each product is manufactured to order, customers are encouraged to review all project specifications carefully before approving manufacturing. Questions about a project should be directed to Infinity Blinds Corp before manufacturing begins.
Installation
Professional measurement and installation services may be available for applicable local projects in our service area. Availability depends on the project location and scope.
If a customer installs a shipped product themselves or uses a third-party installer, Infinity Blinds Corp is not responsible for installation errors, fit issues, or damage caused by that installation.
Shipping
Infinity Blinds Corp can manufacture window treatments for customers outside the local service area and ship them ready for installation. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Infinity Blinds Corp does not guarantee specific delivery or transit times. Nationwide installation is not offered.
Product-Specific Expectations
Customers should be aware of the following characteristics of our products:
Blackout Shades
Blackout fabric is designed to significantly reduce incoming light, but complete room darkness is not guaranteed. Light may enter around the edges depending on window configuration, mounting method, and installation conditions.
Screen Shades
Screen Shades help reduce glare and solar exposure while maintaining varying degrees of outward visibility. They do not guarantee nighttime privacy. When interior lights are on at night, visibility from outside may increase.
Translucent Shades
Translucent Shades soften and diffuse incoming light but are not blackout products. Privacy characteristics may vary depending on lighting conditions.
Motorized Shades
Motorization availability and compatibility depend on the specific shade system and project requirements. Customers should discuss motorization options with Infinity Blinds Corp before placing an order.
Warranty Claim & Service Request Process
Customers requesting warranty service or a repair evaluation should contact Infinity Blinds Corp and provide the following information:
- Customer name and contact information
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video when helpful
- Original project or order information when available
Infinity Blinds Corp will evaluate each request individually to determine whether it qualifies for warranty coverage. Warranty coverage is not automatic. Infinity Blinds Corp does not guarantee replacement, repair, or reimbursement prior to evaluation.
